The Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) programme in the Eastern Region is co-ordinated by the Eastern Leadership Centre in partnership with ten Local Authorities: Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Luton, Norfolk, Peterborough, Southend-on-Sea, Suffolk and Thurrock.

HLTA East is a unique resource set up and managed by the Eastern Leadership Centre and the ten Local Authorities.
